Apply to Attend a Workshop
Are you ready to apply for your own AFW workshop experience?
Application forms for all scheduled upcoming workshops are available here. The forms can be downloaded either as PDF documents or as Word documents.
We accept application forms by email, fax, or postal mail:

Applicants must also submit an application fee to reserve a place in a workshop. The amount of the fee varies by workshop and is credited towards tuition. You can pay either by check or by credit card using our PayPal account (see payment links below).
1- and 2-Weekend Warrior Workshops
- Location 1: Kean University campus (20 minutes from NYC)
- Dates: March 20 – 22, 2008
- Location 2: Bay State Fencers, Boston
- Dates: April 19 – 21, 2008
- Deadline to apply (for either workshop): March 1, 2008
- Application fee: $200 (due with application)

2-Week Workshop
- Location: North Carolina School of the Arts, Winston-Salem, NC
- Dates: August 2 – 16, 2008

Pay Tuition Online
You can also pay your tuition deposit and/or tuition balance online using a credit card through PayPal. It's a simple and secure process:
- Go to the PayPal website
- Click on the "Send Money" tab
- Fill in the form to send money in the appropriate amount to payment@actionfilmworkshops.com
- Click on the continue button and fill in your credit card details and a password for PayPal*
- On the last screen, before you click on the "Send Money" button, add a brief message to identify your payment — for example, "Tuition balance Directors workshop"
* As part of the payment process, you will be setting up a PayPal account, if you don't already have one. The account is free and facilitates online payment to many merchants and service providers, including AFW.
